Q3: What primary products does your company provide?
A3: Our main products are Fiberglass Non Slip Tray,Plastic Non Slip Tray,PE Cutting Board,Fast Food Tray and TPE+PP Non Slip Tray etc ,tableware for Restaurants & Hotels, which are hot selling in Korea, South America, Europe and Southeast Asia and Middle East Countries.
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A4: In general, our payment is by 30% deposit in advance before production, 70% balance against B/L copy or before shippment.
Q5: What's your production Lead-time for bulk order?
A5: Regular lead-time, 30-40 business days after deposit received and artwork confirmed.
Q6: What's the lead-time and cost for sample?
A6: We are glad to provide 1-3 free samples for our original products, shipping charge on buyer's cost. It will be already in 5 business days. Proofing sample will be charged according to the design, samples time will takes 10-15days.
Q7: What is your Minimum Order Quantity( MOQ)?
A7:1. Normal order in our available items is 500pcs/item;
2. Customized logo is 1000pcs/item;
3. customized mold is 3000pcs/item.
